In My Mailbox (1)

Sunday, August 19, 2012 11:43 AM

This is my first In My Mailbox! In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren where you showcase the books you received, bought, borrowed, or whatever in the past week. I can't wait to read all of the books shown below!

Purchased (Books for Less):
Delirium (Delirium #1) by Lauren Oliver
The Riddle (Pellinor #2) by Alison Croggon
The Mysterious Howling (The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place #1) by Maryrose Wood
Unearthly (Unearthly #1) by Cynthia Hand
Hallowed (Unearthly #2) by Cynthia Hand

From library:
Terrier (Beka Cooper #1) by Tamora Pierce
Goliath (Leviathan #3) by Scott Westerfeld
Angelfire (Angelfire #1) by Courtney Allison Moulton

Purchased (Amazon):
The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
Blood Red Road (Dustlands #1) by Moira Young
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

Oh, and I almost forgot this one.

E-book (for review):
Colonization (Paradise Reclaimed #1) by Aubrie Dionne

And I just realized, stupid me, that I checked out the third Leviathan book when I haven't read Behemoth yet. Not the smartest thing I've done. I'm reading Blood Red Road right now! Awesome book so far!

Happy reading,

Courtney

  4. I've been curious about The Scorpio Races, methinks I'll have to read that one within the next few weeks.

ALSO. I love all the books you bought, the only one I haven't read is The Riddle. Good taste though, with the others.

    Happy reading!

    1. Same here! I was hearing such good things, I just had to pick it up. And I even picked up the sequel, which is something I usually don't do until I read the first one and know I like it. I think this series will be a fave!

  7. I'm doing the book tour for Colonization, but I didn't sign up to review it. Maybe I should! Unearthly's been on my TBR since forever. Hopefully I'll get around to it. And The Fault in Our Stars is absolutely brilliant! I'm excited to see what you think of it :D

    1. This will actually be my first John Green book, Sasha. haha I have yet to read my Looking for Alaska. I know, it's sad. And this will be my first book blog tour, so I just picked the thing I was most comfortable with. I honestly didn't even know if they would give us the ARC, and I was overjoyed they did. :D
